At KoalaCloth, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free refund process.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 30 days from the date of your purchase, provided that:
- Items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Items are in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Items are returned with proof of purchase
- Items show no signs of wear or damage caused by the customer
Refund Process
To initiate a refund:

- Wait for authorization instructions from our team (typically within 24-48 hours)
- Ship the item back to us using your preferred carrier (shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error)
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded:
- Items purchased during clearance or final sales
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Custom or personalized items (if applicable)
- Undergarments for hygiene reasons
Exchanges
